Nutritional Therapy is rooted in Functional Medicine model that is a form of integrative medicine. It incorporates environmental factors, such as diet, lifestyle practices, such as physical activity, and genetics into a personalized treatment plan. After an in-depth review of a person’s medical history, genetics, toxic levels, hormones, and other factors, an individualized therapeutic plan is developed to include dietary enhancements, exercises, nutritional supplements, and other actions to support any health concern. Nutritional Therapist will include several recommendations to change a person’s typical daily lifestyle into something better. This promotes the most optimum levels of health and vitality to each body system.

health problems, including mental health issues. In my practice, I employ diet, lifestyle
changes, and supplements to support my clients’ journeys to wellbeing. Together with my
clients, I strive to determine the most suitable methods that provide education, motivation,
and tools for achieving self-empowerment over their health.
